Overview
As Qwak grew into the enterprise market, larger customers brought more models, collaborators, edge cases, and complex workflows - while the team still needed to move fast.
My role was to evolve the product for that complexity without overcomplicating it: extending what worked, simplifying what didn’t, and making sure new capabilities fit naturally into the platform.
Contributions
Redesigned core workflows like deployment, monitoring, and onboarding to support larger teams and more complex use cases.
Extended the design system with patterns that could handle growing complexity without introducing one-off solutions.
Designed new product modules to fit naturally into existing workflows and platform logic.
Kept design lightweight and pragmatic, giving engineering clear patterns to build from without waiting on design for every decision.
Outcome
Qwak scaled to support larger, more complex customers without sacrificing usability or delivery speed. Enterprise teams could navigate increasingly complex workflows with less friction, while engineering shipped new capabilities faster by building on established patterns.
